Thomas has over 25 years of experience in customer service, developing customer service, ERP, and CRM project strategies and leading implementation for international companies in the US, Europe, and Asia (China). He has extensive industry knowledge, including finance, retail, consumer electronics, skincare, and fashion.

Thomas has extensive experience in implementing large-scale projects and can serve as an expert bridge between senior management and implementation teams. He has broad and in-depth experience in IT technologies, including operating systems, databases, networks, internet technologies, artificial intelligence, video streaming, VOIP, as well as ERP, CRM, loyalty, and customer service processes. He has highly analytical skills and pragmatic problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving long-term goals.
