Ms. Lai has worked for Dell (China) Computer, EF Education, Bole Human Resources Management Consulting, KPMG Management Consulting and other companies, holding management positions such as Sales Director and Senior Manager in China. She has 17 years of experience in sales operations management and many years of experience in contact center construction and management consulting. The companies and clients she serves cover the IT information technology, education and consulting service industries, and she has rich practical and consulting experience in sales operations management for B2B and B2C sales models.
Ms. Lai focuses on consulting services such as sales operations system construction and optimization, contact center (call center) system construction and sales management capability improvement. Based on management principles and operational process design logic, combined with case studies, practical experience and customer status, targeted management consulting solutions are formulated. And by providing coaching guidance to project executors, the smooth implementation of project solutions and the company’s ability to self-iterate are promoted.
