Mr. Huang has worked for companies such as Huawei, GE, Novo Nordisk, and Mundipharma in the UK, holding positions such as Senior Sales Performance Manager, Sales Operations Director, and Senior Operations Director. He has 15 years of experience in sales operations management and has formed his own theoretical system in sales strategy formulation, business performance, sales incentives, CRM/BI system construction, process optimization, and sales training. He has provided sales operations management consulting services to many well-known domestic private enterprises, such as Meituan, Longi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Aikon Medical, and CIMC Group.
Mr. Huang is the author of China’s first sales operations management monograph, “Sales Operations Management: How the Fortune 500 Companies Strategize and Win in the Market.”
