Willie Ye
Mr. Ye has held senior management positions in Chinese and foreign companies such as Australia’s Vango Group, the United States’ Anzhi Chemical, France’s Arkema Group, Ningbo Joyson Electronics Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Qianlong Information Technology Co., Ltd. He has more than 20 years of work and management experience in the human resources field and has unique insights into human resources practices and professional research.
Mr. Ye is currently also a corporate mentor at the MBA Center of Shanghai University, the MBA Center of Shanghai International Studies University, and the MBA Center of East China Normal University, and has been invited to be a guest lecturer at the Shanghai campus of emlyon business school. At the same time, he is also a founding member of VHR, a high-end HR organization in Shanghai, and has served as Vice Chairman of the Human Resources Working Group of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China. Mr. Ye is also the co-author of the two books “Winning in HR” and “Experience 3+1”.
