Lillian has approximately 15 years of experience serving companies from diverse backgrounds: multinational corporations, local enterprises, and state-owned enterprises, holding senior strategic positions. The industries and clients covered include consumer goods, retail, and high-tech. Lillian has accumulated solid skills in B2C and consumer experience improvement and channel strategy

Lillian has expertise in retail innovation and channel design. She helps clients evaluate channel performance, develop RTM strategies, and transformation roadmaps. In addition to strategy, Lillian has a rich network in retail, distribution, and e-commerce, assisting clients in executing their business plans and successfully establishing multiple partnerships.
