His career spans the United States, South Korea, Japan, and China. Alex possesses extensive industry knowledge, including finance, FMCG, consumer electronics, fast fashion, and hospitality.

Alex has unique experience in entrepreneurial thinking and business development. He collaborates well with both senior management and frontline employees. He has extensive cross-cultural experience, and his insights, knowledge, and experience are instrumental in transforming the value of customer contact centers.
